Dear Clubs,
Football Brisbane is pleased to advise that the following Competitions fixtures have today been published as FINAL draws:
- Brisbane Premier League
- Brisbane Women’s Premier League
- Vilic Law Capital Leagues 1, 2 and 3
- Women’s Capital League 1
These fixtures have been finalised in conjunction with clubs via Zoom meetings, while also taking several factors into consideration to ensure competition requirements are met.
As the above Competition draws are now considered final, any Club that withdraws from their respective Competition will incur a fine.
We appreciate the pro-activeness and commitment clubs have to their members and to Football Brisbane, especially considering the off-season was extremely shortened, in comparison to previous years.
Football Brisbane would like to thank Clubs for working together with the Competitions Team to achieve a successful draw by the promised deadline.
Per the timeline that has been communicated to clubs, the Competitions Team will now turn its focus to BYPL and Division 1 draws, as nominations for these teams was due today. Zoom meetings for these fixtures will commence on February 1. This also coincides with the commencement of nominations being requested from clubs for all Under 12 Teams and Under 13 – Under 16 (including Girls) Divisional Teams. The fixturing of all remaining Competitions will be staggered throughout the coming weeks.
We wish all clubs in the Premier League, Brisbane Women’s Premier League, Vilic Law Capital Leagues 1, 2, 3 and the Women’s Capital League 1 the best of luck for the season ahead!
Please disseminate this accordingly to your club members as required.
